Taylor with Respect - Castor C4 [New]

TAYLOR WITH RESPECT is a Japanese handmade eyewear brand founded in 2017 by veteran eyewear designer Satoshi Waki. The "TAYLOR" in the brand name is inspired by "Tailor," aptly highlighting the brand's objective to develop eyewear treasures that fit the needs of different individuals like custom-made garments. At the same time, the entire brand name also expresses the designer's respect for his grandfather, who ran a tailoring business, and for eyewear craftsmanship.
Each pair of glasses is made by artisans in Sabae City, Fukui Prefecture. To create custom-fit and comfortable glasses, the designer has incorporated multiple details into the finished product, such as the unique Damaged color aging technique, which creates a strong aged look on the frame surface, adding a touch of vintage charm to the retro style; the designer has created flexible temples with S-shaped lines, specifically designed for Asian face shapes, providing a good fit around the head; the unique T-shaped hinge not only provides recognition but also distributes pressure at the junction of the frame and temples, and the integrated hinge configuration increases the precision between components. The nose pads are made of titanium, which is not easily deformed, and feature an anti-slip film, greatly increasing durability. The multiple details embody the spirit of Japanese craftsmanship, and the quality is absolutely beyond doubt.
